1st Cook on new 26 inch Weber One-Touch Kettle

Started with a chimney of Lazzari Mesquite Lump. Man this stuff sparks like nothing I’ve ever used before. I don’t think I could use this in the summer months because of fire danger.

Smoked Meatloaf

I love meatloaf and thought I would give it a try on the smoker. It came out pretty darn good.

One Pound of hamburger, one pound of ground pork, two eggs, panko bread crumbs, bell better, onion, Dales Seasoning and a good dose of Plowboys Yardbird Rub.
