Today was a great day with cold smoking, hot smoking and some grilling.
Cold Smoked some Chicago Style sausages from Morants Old Fashion Sausage Kitchen. Used the ProQ Cold Smoker with some cherry wood dust that Baxter’s Original sent me last week. After cold smoking they were grilled. Baby Back ribs
