Simple Grilled Flank Steak

Today’s dinner was a simple grilled flank steak with grilled potatoes and some heirloom tomatoes out of the garden.  It just amazes me how good tomatoes out of the garden can be.  I like tomatoes in salads and on hamburgers but unless they are garden fresh tomatoes I can’t eat them as a side dish.
