Grilled Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

4 sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into “fries” 1/4 cup cilantro or any other fresh herb, finely chopped (Todd’s Dirt Seasoning works well too!) 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup  olive oil Kosher/Sea Salt Pepper
