A Little Leftover Tri-Tip Frito Pie

Every once in a while I have some leftover steak, tri-tip or brisket.  Often times it just gets eaten, sometimes on a sandwich or just eaten as a snack.  This time around I needed something quick for lunch and some Frito Pie came to mind.  Not sure why, but I did.

Sweet Ginger Chili Sauced MOINK Balls

I recently reviewed Ginger People’s Sweet Ginger Chili Sauce on The BBQ Grail and took that opportunity to also glaze up some MOINK Balls. The ginger and chili in the sauce complimented the saltiness of the bacon quite nice. This sauce will be a great addition to my MOINK Ball arsenal.

The End Of A Long Day

Today was a long day.

I cranked up the new UDS and had lots of problems getting the temperature regulated. Not really sure if I got it under control, but I have a good basis for the next time it’s used. Plan to try again this coming weekend.

The MOFO Brisket Chili came out fantastic.
