Courtesy Bon Appetit

I subscribe to several “cooking” magazines and in my opinion the best is Bon Appetit.  It’s always contains great recipes and “how to” features.  And without a doubt my favorite issue is the annual July BBQ Issue.  My copy arrived just the other day and it didn’t disappoint.  From the picture
