When I started this blog three years ago I only wanted to write about my adventures smoking and grilling in my backyard. Little I know that it would lead to joining the gang from Char-Broil at the Memphis In May World BBQ Championships. Char-Broil has asked The BBQ Grail to join CB Martin, Julie Reinhardt and Mike Hedrick in Memphis to help demonstrate their line of Infrared Grills.
While in Memphis I’ll be blogging, Facebooking and Tweeting about all the goings on. For some reason I’ve got a craving for a peanut butter, banana and bacon sandwich.
