I’m always looking for some great side dishes to serve with bbq. I’m not a huge romaine lettuce fan, but this recipe from the GrillinFools blog has me interested. It’s simple, yet has some wow factor involved. Give it a look and maybe even a try.
Grilled Salad from The GrillinFools!
Lettuce on the grill is just great. I like to kae an all grilled salad with gGrilled Romaine leaves combined with grilled bread croutons, grilled chickenbreasts and slow roasted vine tomatoes. Home made dressing with Dijon mustard and roughly chopped strips of bacon, grlled naturally

I will have another version of this soon. Basically, a warm bacon vinaigrette to be poured over the top. And what doesn’t bacon make better?!?!?
