Two of my favorite BBQ appetizers are the MOINK Ball and the Fatty. Aaron McCargo, Jr of Food Network’s “Big Daddy’s House” has sort of combined both ideas into a tasty “hot dog” treat. Aaron’s talks about cooking these in the oven, but here at The BBQ Grail we are going to encourage you to grill or better yet, smoke yours.

Mmm… bacon. Send me a coupon and I promise I will wrap the bacon around something and cook it on the smoker. Better yet, I’ll even let you pick what I should cook with it. well anything wrapped in bacon is great thats a given but these look tasty and easy to prepare! i think some really sharp cheddar sticks in the middle would be good too! or a spicy pepper? hmmmmm!!!

I love Wright bacon! It’s the only brand I will buy. It’s thick cuts and great quality of meat makes for a wonderful product!
I would like to know if Wright bacon is available in the East. I live in CT and I have never seen it. If it is, I would like to know where.
