It’s Christmas Morning

without comments

The sun and I are up and that’s about it. One of the advantages of having grown children is they aren’t in quite the hurry to get up in the morning. It gives me a little time to sit back and reflect about how blessed I am.

I hope and pray that your Christmas is a special one.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours.

BYU Bowl BBQ Bash

without comments

This past Saturday I hosted 30 people for some bbq and football at my house. We watched BYU hold off a last minute charge by UCLA to win the “Las Vegas Bowl.” What a great time.

Friends and BBQ sure do go together. We all had a great time and I had the chance to cook for some people that really appreciated it.

15 pounds of pulled pork, 12 pounds of brisket, 6 racks of pork ribs, fatties, ABTs, Keri C’s beans along with assorted chips, dips, deviled eggs and such. There wasn’t much left over.
